RE-ENACTMENT NOVEMBER 10TH (call sheet & release forms)
ATTENTION!!! This coming Saturday, November 10th, we are shooting the re-enactment scenes of the Carrollton Bus Crash that will span the entire day from May 14th, 1988. The scenes will include children getting on the bus, driving shots, and the actual impact of the crash. We have lots of EXTRAS already committed but could still use a few more if interested.

We need middle school and younger high school kids (Freshman or Sophomore) mainly. The shoot lasts from 10:30am – 7:30pm and this is a non-paid shoot. Parents are also encouraged to participate for a couple hours from 11am – 1pm as we desperately need you to help tell the story. Below you’ll find a link to the “Call Sheet” (which contains the times, locations, wardrobe and props needed and general shots for the day). You will also find a link to our general release form that all parents need to sign to allow their children to participate in this film. We will have release forms available on the day of the shoot but would appreciate if you could go ahead and download, sign and bring with you to help us save time.

Just a quick note to put our parents at ease. We will have the children actually on the bus driving around Winchester for a few hours of the day, but have a certified driver AND bus safety teachers coming up who understands the significance and anxiety a lot of us share with this story. We will take every measure to take care of your children and be extremely careful and drive very slow to ensure safety. We are NOT shooting anything with “fire” or “explosions” and the actual re-enactment of the bus crash impact will take place on the by-pass in an area that will be blocked off by State Police. Parents are welcome to follow along for the entire shoot if you feel more comfortable.

I would love too see this film in all ND schools. All over the US as well. What happened was horrific. As a parent myself, Idk what I’d do if someday they left this Earth. I commend you for bringing this light. I was 7yo when the accident took place. With all the DUIs of ppl you read about, it makes me ill to think about what could have happened while they were behind a wheel. My heart goes goes out to all who were/are affected. Thank you all for your work on this and all future projects! Take care and God Bless
